New System introduced in High Court Calcutta
IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA
NOTIFICATION
No. 2055 - RG. Date: 04.08.2020.
It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that a new Web Application to record
the e-mail id, mobile number together with other related information is developed in respect
of the Learned Advocates appearing for the litigants and also the litigants-in-person for the
purpose of sending Video linkage to connect with the concerned Benches at the time of
hearing of cases through video-conferencing for smooth running of the Court’s business as
also to avert any inconvenience to the Learned Advocates and litigant public.
The Prescribed Form will be available in the Home page of the website of the Calcutta
High Court (www.calcuttahighcourt.gov.in).
The Learned Advocates appearing for the litigants and also the litigants-in-person
should fill up the Proforma/Form, online, by providing necessary information
containing Advocate details, Court details, Item details etc.
The particulars as per proforma are required to be filled up and submitted online
after publication of the cause list in the High Court website.
The entire process should be done latest by 9 a.m. of the date of hearing.
This Notification will take immediate effect upon publication in the website.
This is issued under approval of the Hon’ble the Chief Justice of the High Court, Calcutta.
