We take great pleasure in welcoming you to the official page of the NCLT Advocates Bar Association. Our Association was formed on 22nd June, 2018 to represent the interest of Advocates practising in the National Company Law Tribunal at Kolkata, to foster cooperation and communication amongst them and to establish a healthy interaction with the Registry and the Hon’ble T

ribunal. While we have already taken proactive steps in this regard, we confess that a lot still needs to be done. Although the same has been challenged by lack of available space in the building housing the Tribunal and intervention of the pandemic, we are certain that we will be able to achieve our vision with your cooperation, assistance and your active participation.
