Due to Demolished my Boundary Brick walls, Damaged my Underground Pipes, Jet, Motor with Pump and Attempt to Murder me two times due to Protest against above matters I have Launched Three GDE, One FIR to Narendrapur Police Station and Submitted one Complaint to South 24 Pargana's S.P, Baruipur which has already Resistered to S.P. Office Record's Book. Two Times Police Forces Came to Arrested him at his house but he ran away after came Police. Already Narendrapur Inspector in Charge have Launched Eight Criminal Cases against Pankaj Kumar Gupta and Cases will run for Ten years, every year have to attend him at Baruipur Court for remove the case.
Already Famous Criminal Pankaj Kumar Gupta losses my Rupees Thirty Thousands.
So if he paid me Rs.30,000 then I shall withdraw all Complaints which I Submitted to the Chairman of Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality and S.A.E. of R.S.M at Garia Station Locality for Demolished his Illegally Constructed two Storied building and Structural Shed for Scooter on the Boundary Brick wall.

Due to Demolished my Boundary Brick walls, Damaged my Underground Water Pipe Lines with Jet, Pump, Motor and Attempted to Murder me Two Times I have Launched Three GDE and One FIR to Narendrapur Police Station, Submitted one Registered Complaint to Superintendent of Police to Baruipur District Police Station and one Registered Complaint to the Chief Minister-Mamata Banerjee and Five on line Complaint to Didikebalo.com against the Criminal-Pankaj Kumar Gupta. Already Eight Criminal Cases Launched or Registered against Him and all the Cases will run upto Ten years at Baruipur Police Court.

Demolished my Boundary Brick wall and Underground Water Pipe Lines with Jet, Pump & Motor and Attempted to Murder me Two Times. Already I have Launched Three GDE, One FIR with eight Criminal Cases against him to Narendrapur Police station and one writen Complaint Resisted to South 24 Parganas S.P. Office at Baruipur District Police station.
I also submitted same Complaints to the Chief Minister-Mamata Banerjee by Speed Post to Nabanna.

This is the International Criminal-Pankaj Kumar Gupta, Already Three GDE , One FIR have Launched to Narendrapur Police Station and one Written Complaint with all supporting documents have Submitted to South 24 Parganas S.P. at Baruipur District, Kolkata, West Bengal Due to Demolished my Boundary Brick wall, Damaged my Underground Water Pipe Lines with Jet, Motor & Pump.
Total Thirty Rupees Thousand Losses by him.
So If he paid me the above amount then I shall withdraw all Cases and Complaints, otherwise I shall resisted a Civil Case to Baruipur Civil Court against the Criminal-Pankaj Kumar Gupta.
Already I have submitted so many Complaints to the Chairman at Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality Regarding Illegally Constructed two storied Building on the two feet common passage and Illegally Makes a Structural Shed for Scooter on the Boundary Brick wall. I Shall also send notice to the Chairman through my Lawyer regarding above matters.
