Finding a job is hard enough, but finding a job in a specific industry can feel like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

This is especially true in the legal sector, where experience and qualifications are often required for even the most entry-level positions. And if you happen to be a woman who completed her LLB graduation at the age of 40, well, good luck to you!

Meet Hima. she always wanted to be a lawyer, but life got in the way. She got married, had kids, and before she knew it, she was in her 40s and had never pursued her dream. But she wasn’t one to give up easily, so she decided to go back to school and get her LLB degree. It wasn’t easy, but she did it. She was proud of herself and excited to start her new career.

Hima had experience in recruitment and business development, but she quickly found that her skills weren’t exactly in high demand in the legal world. She applied to law firms and other companies, but all she seemed to get were rejection letters.

But then she had an idea to start her own law firm! She had the qualifications, the experience, and the drive. All she needed was a catchy name.

She came up with all sorts of ideas: Legal Eagles, Law Ladies, Barristers R Us.

But none of them felt quite right.
Then, in a moment of inspiration, she had it: Hima’s Law-n-Order. It was perfect! It was punny, memorable, and showcased her name. She could picture the logo already.

Jumping back ??!!!

Life during this pandemic is difficult for all especially for students all over the world. Their return to educational institutions is an important and hopefully welcome step !! But there are so many hurdles in front of us. Given the difficulty of the situation and variation in crisis, States are in different stage regarding how and when they have to plan re openings. The authorities should consider the benefits and risks across education, public health and socio-economic factors. It's crucial that educational institutions plan ahead and look at additional measures they can put in place to ensure the safety of students, teachers and other staffs. Without doubt we can say, "going back" will be a little different from that we were used to before. Because of the evolving situation, authorities should take a flexible decision. Water and hygiene facilities will be a crucial part in reopening safely. Administrators should try to improve hygiene measures including hand washing, respiratory etiquette, physical distancing measures, cleaning procedures etc. There are options like flexible start and close, holding shifts, reducing size etc. Already students have persisted with their lessons under difficult circumstances with the support of their dedicated teachers and parents. But it is obvious that many of them will need extra support when they go back. Hence creating a supportive and nurturing environment back in institutions along with protocol measures demanding much importance. Authorities have to make a definite plan depending upon the variation in crisis. Even though the adverse effect of closure on students' learning is well documented, we must consider the hidden risk ahead. Finding a delicate balance between health protection and academics is somewhat risky. Administrators should adapt a differentiated system especially for educational institutions including a hybrid approach. We must redefine our vision of the regular academic based on present condition. Hence it will be necessary to review the ways of working, operations of education institutions based on local context. On supporting the way back, it's important to be in safe place always.. for the society..for the Nation..

Spread health...Yes, it's going to be hard..but HARD IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE !

LIVE IN THE SUNSHINE 🌞🌞 !!!

Despite it's discovery 100 years ago, 'Vitamin D' has emerged as one of the most controversial nutrient and pro hormone of the 21st century and a lot of research has been in place on the molecule. These research leads us to newer therapies with newer concepts. Research has now shown Vitamin D's indisputable role in both inherent and adaptive immunity. Amid this pandemic season, we might heard several times about the word 'immunity', right ? Basically it's named simply as sunshine vitamin as it's produced in our skin in response to sunlight. It's a fat soluble vitamin in a family of compounds that includes Vit D1, D2 and D3. Naturally our body produces it when exposed to sunlight and we can also get it through certain foods and supplements to ensure adequate levels. In addition to the primary benefits of regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and facilitating normal immune system function and development of bones, teeth and muscles, it has some surprising benefits. Vitamin D variants play a significant role in reducing the risk of multiple sclerosis, decreasing chances of developing heart diseases and certain flu. (journals AMA ,AJCN and CIRCULATION).
Research has shown that vitamin D might play important role in regulating mood and warding off depression. In one study, scientists found that people with depression, anxiety and fibromyalgia, vitamin D supplements brought in magical improvements in their symptoms along with other therapies.
Vitamin D is a supplement that has numerous benefits which are becoming more well known. Although classified as a vitamin, D3 cleverly transforms in to a hormone in the body and circulates in the blood stream to help in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. This calcium plays a significant role in the production of hormones in the body by transmitting nerve impulses to the brain.Three major sources of this vitamin includes Sun, certain foods like oily fishes, egg yolk, cheese and definitely supplements are good alternatives. D3 variant is better than D2. D2 is more found in plant products where as D3 is mostly found in humans and animal products. D3 is more biologically active version among all variants. We need all, eventhough D3 is the higher quality source and more important to our well being . As D3 is mostly abundant in animal products, it's difficult for vegans to ensure or maintain adequate levels in their diets. But now there are a lot of approved plant based cholecalciferol across the globe.
Every body is different and the required levels too, depending on their heredity, climate, clothing pattern, diet, activities etc. It's a conditional vitamin, mostly deficiency occurs because of fat malabsorption, anti convulsant use, chronic kidney failure, obesity, dark skin tone, elderly issues ,overuse of sunscreen lotions or skin creams etc. Rate of deficiency is more in young people who have dark pigmentation (as higher quantity melanin won't absorb more sunlight as others ) and limited access to sunlight, less outdoor activities etc. As the unavoidable importance of D in many of body's vital processes is now being recognised, we must be alert about our life style and routines. It is now considered that Vitamin D helps us in cell differentiation, proliferation and immune function. It's an important factor in preventing or treatment of some type of cancers, osteoarthritis arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, several skin diseases including psoriasis.
Always keep the measures high based on your living.

Always stay on the SUNNY side of the life !!

Are you bored !!!

We all get bored frequently, right ? !!

Especially during this time of physical distancing, sadly it is not expecting to be away anytime soon. Boredom is like a clean slate, a mental state that we choose to avoid self reflection. It is our unused potential actually !! A study published in the journal SCIENCE showed what people opt out of two choices given to them - do nothing or self administer mild electric shocks after getting bored for some time. The result was astonishing, two-third of men and one-fourth of women chose to shock themselves rather than be bored ! It's quite normal that we dislike boredom. But let's analyze the positive vibes of being bored rather than it's negative impacts. Is it possible to be both bored and happy at the same time ? Science says YES. Because it's always advisable to let our minds wander every once in a while. It is essential to allow our brain to carry or host deep thoughts in what area we are interested, shall enable honest emotions and nostalgic memories in you. It can pave way to creative ideas to be explored later. We should unlock these hidden elements in us by making our boredom as a tool to explore our deepest internal emotions, without hurting anyone. Just bore...let your brain think wild in its own way without censoring. It will help us to get more connected with our surroundings and world. Eventhough boredom is overlooked in psychology for centuries, it is not an overstudied area like stress or else. It is either good or bad, a confusing moment especially amid pandemic with a plenty of options in social medias, publishing endless things in "to do" list !! Either boredom can increase obesity, smoking or crime?? one can take Issac Newton's approach - during great plague of London in 1665, he used his social distancing to discuss calculus and gravity. But we all are not like Newton...we are we, having our own ideas, circumstances and living !! As per experts, when the brain gets bored, it is in a magical stage finding connections explicitly, devising ideas and making vibrant plans even it works or not ! Remember it's good to be bored..for those crazy hidden state of thoughts...inside you...to analyse yourselves and to find the inner you. Boredom is a powerful tool that invites you to bound your relation with this world. So when you find yourselves with nothing to do....go and get bored.

Then you can stop looking for light and can be the one instead !!

Little people are indifferent !!

You know yourself..Your partner and Your relationship better than anybody else !!Again if you are feeling nervous about anything related to it, pay attention and don't be silent or try to hide that. Because MARITAL DOUBT is absolutely scary to think about and the topic itself is haunting very much, especially now a days. As per research , 22 % of married people having doubts about their marriage will survive or not. But this is not a permanent state of mind, it will be like a roller coaster! Some people some times feel confident about their relationship, some times don't. Doubts will creep back in-between. This is mainly because each person is like a seperate continent having their own peculiarities. There may be reasons or not, for this doubts. Majority people when go through this phase will try to test their spouse to know whether they are changing or not. Unfortunately spouse won't be aware intially what's going on ! Sometimes spouse may not get enough time to dig in to real issues, that's one of the major block to sort it out. There occurs arguements, fights, adjustments in later stages. Some may seek the support of counsellor with family or friends. There remains the social stigma to open up the crisis still in our society, making these issues more vulgur. Some doubtful spouses may go to individual therapies, help sometimes to get ideas for self change. Even after seeking all possible helps, if doubt persists, there starts the serious warning signs either to continue or not in that relationship. Doubter's dilemma will be unimaginable some times it can lead to major hurts. Situation may be different in each case but doubter's attitude may almost in the same roundabout. Dreadful crisis can occur, if the situations are left unattended or untreated ! Always be realistic in facing these type situations rather than bearing up to much delayed versions.

Marriage can and should be filled with happiness, love and care but it might not be easy or simple as we think. We have to check all the sides.
Try to make space for the other always...
Try to compromise as you can in healthy ways..
Try to be practical always ...
Don't try to fantasize others or relationships...
Don't try to compare anything or with any ones.
Try to understand the concerns..
Seek the right way what ever it is..
Don't be silent . Either man or woman...all lives matter !!
Don't let doubt to destroy your life !!!

E WASTE : CREATE LESS

Electronic wastes or e wastes are discarded electrical or electronic devices, typically includes computer monitors, mother boards, printers, scanners, copiers
mobile phones, chargers, headphones, battery cells, transceivers, medical apparatus, smart television sets, etc.India generates approximately 2 million tonnes (MT) of e wastes annually and now rates 3 rd among largest e waste producers in the world. About 95% of Indian e waste is recycled in the informal sector and in a crude manner . Toxic substances such as liquid crystals, Lithium, Mercury, Nickel, Arsenic, Cadmium, Barium,Lead etc can be very hazardous, when it is dismantled and processed in crude manner with rudimentary techniques. It poses a high risk to humans, animals and environment. Release of these toxins even in minute quantity can cause serious hazards. E wastes typically consists of metals, plastics, cathode ray tubes, printed circuit boards, cables and so on.Valuable metals such as copper, silver, gold and platinum could be recovered from e wastes if they are scientifically processed. Presently majority of e waste collection, transportation, processing and recycling are dominating by the unorganized sector. They use open incinerators and techniques like acid leaching to melt the scrap leads to leakage of toxins in to the environment . Seelampur in Delhi is the largest e waste dismantling centre of India, where adults and children are spending 8 to 10 hours to extract reusable components and precious metals from various parts of the discarded devices. Health safey of these workers are always a concern. Crude recycling for waste scrap including wet chemical processing and manual extractions are polluting the water bodies, soil and air. Burning of these scrap to retrieve metal from wires led to the release of brominated and chlorinated dioxins as well as carcinogens in to atmosphere and can cause serious health hazards including cancer in humans and animals.
In highly developed countries e waste management is given high priority. In a country like India, lack of investment, infrastructure and technically skilled human resources are back pulling the need. Absence of appropriate legislation specifically designed for e waste management is also a reason. Better key to the management of e waste is consumer itself. Intiatives such as Extended Producer Responsibility, Design for Environment, Technology platform to encourage consumer to correctly dispose their e waste with increased reuse and recycling rates and adopting sustainable consumer habits are some of the effective measures to manage this crisis. Growing IT and communication will increase the production of e waste more and more. Technological advancements will tempt the consumers to discard their used devices to opt new ranges. The integration of informal sector in to a transparent recycling system is crucial for a better control on environmental and human health impacts. By replacing the traditional wet chemical leaching process to the integrated smelters and refineries and these safer practices can generate high revenue per unit of e waste. Alternatively government may also refer the successful methods adopted by other countries for collection and recycling of e wastes. Establishment of start ups in this area should be encouraged by giving special concessions. Governments should set up a platform to harmonize the work of organized and unorganized sector in this field to process e wastes in an eco-friendly way. Laws to manage e wastes have been in India since 2011, mandating that only authorized dismantlers and recyclers can collect e wastes. E waste management rules 2016 was enacted and over 21 products were included under the purview of the rule. Later this rule were amended by the government to facilitate and effective implementation of eco friendly e waste management in India. It is the high time that the government should take a pro active intiative to recycle and disposal of e waste safely to protect the environment and ensure the well being of the general public and other living organisms.

Always remember : There is no such thing as AWAY..when we throw anything AWAY..it must go somewhere....
