ബാർ കൗൺസിലിലെ എല്ലാ കള്ളൻമാരും അറിയുന്നതിന്, ഈ തീവെട്ടി കൊള്ളയ്ക്ക് മറുപടിയുണ്ടോ ?

(ഞാൻ ബാർ കൗൺസിൽ ഇലക്ഷനിൽ മത്സരിയ്ക്കുന്നില്ലാ, ഒന്നേകാൽലക്ഷം മുടക്കി പാർട്ടി അടിമകളെ മാത്രം തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന ഈ കൊള്ളസങ്കേതത്തിലേക്ക് മത്സരിച്ചിട്ട് കാര്യമില്ലാന്ന് അറിയാം)

എട്ട് കോടിയുടെ വെൽഫെയർ ഫണ്ട് തട്ടിപ്പ് മാത്രമാണ് എല്ലാവർക്കും അറിയാവുന്നത്, എന്നാൽ അതിനെക്കാളും വലിയ തട്ടിപ്പാണ് ഇപ്പോ “ഇ-ഗവേണൻസ് സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയറിൻ്റെ” പേരിൽ നടന്ന് കൊണ്ടിരിയ്ക്കുന്നത്.

Law Qube എന്ന തട്ടിപ്പ് കമ്പനിയുമായി ബാർ കൗൺസിൽ കരാറിലേർപ്പെടുന്നത് 2022 ഫെബ്രുവരി 28-ന്, Rs. 88,50,000+GST (എൺപത്തിയെട്ട് ലക്ഷത്തി അൻപതിനായിരം രൂപാ) + ഹോസ്റ്റിംഗിന് പ്രത്യേകം 8 ലക്ഷം രൂപാ, എന്ന അതിഭീമമായ തുകയ്ക്കാണ് കരാർ ഒപ്പിട്ടത്. 18 മോഡ്യൂളുകൾ ഉള്ള സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയർ 2022 നവംബർ 4-ന് ആണ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കി Go Live പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നത്.

എന്നാൽ 18 മോഡ്യൂളുകൾ ഉള്ളതിൽ വെറും 11 മോഡ്യൂളുകൾ മാത്രം പകുതി പോലും പൂർത്തിയാക്കാതെ 2022 നവംബർ 4-ന് തന്നെ Go-Live പറഞ്ഞ് മുഴുവൻ തുകയും കമ്പനിയ്ക്ക് നൽകി, 7 മോഡ്യൂളുകൾ ഇതുവരെ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട്പോലുമില്ലാ, പകുതി പോലും പൂർത്തിയാവാത്ത 11 മോഡ്യൂളുകളുടെ പ്രശ്നം കാരണം കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം മൂന്ന് എൻറോൾമെൻ്റുകൾ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കേണ്ട സാഹചര്യം വരെയുണ്ടായി, സോഫ്റ്റ് വെയറിൻ്റെ പ്രശ്നം കാരണം എൻറോൾമെൻ്റിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ കഴിയാതെ വന്ന LL.B ബിരുധധാരികൾക്ക് കമ്പനി സപ്പോർട്ട് കൊടുത്തു എന്ന പേരിൽ ഇതുവരെ 35 ലക്ഷം രൂപാ എക്സ്ട്രാ കൊടുത്തു (ലോകത്ത് തന്നെ ആദ്യമായാണ് സോഫ്റ്റ് വെയറിൻ്റെ കുഴപ്പത്തിന് അതിൻ്റെ കമ്പനിയോട് നഷ്‌ടപരിഹാരം വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് പകരം കമ്പനിയ്ക്ക് വീണ്ടും അങ്ങോട്ട് കാശ് കൊടുക്കുന്നത്).

Go-Live കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഒരു വർഷം വാറൻ്റി പീരിയഡ് ആണ്, അത് കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് AMC തുടങ്ങുക, ഇവിടെ Go-Live പറഞ്ഞ 11 മോഡ്യൂളുകൾ പോലും പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിട്ടില്ലാ, 7 മോഡ്യൂളുകൾ ഇനി തുടങ്ങാതിരിയ്ക്കുന്നതേ ഉള്ളൂ, എന്നിട്ടും കരാറിന് വിരുദ്ധമായി 2025 ജൂൺ 12-ന് AMC യ്ക്ക് കരാർ ഒപ്പുവെച്ച് അതിൻ്റെ തുകയായ Rs. 8,85,000 രൂപാ (ഏട്ട് ലക്ഷത്തി എൺപത്തയ്യായിരം) കൊടുത്തു.

മറ്റ് പല പേരുകളിലായി 15 ലക്ഷത്തോളം രൂപാ കരാറിലില്ലാത്ത കാര്യങ്ങൾക്കായി കമ്പനിയ്ക്ക് വീണ്ടും നൽകി.

എനിയ്ക്ക് കിട്ടിയ RTI Replyയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ Tip of the iceberg മാത്രമാണ് ഞാൻ ഈ മെസ്സേജിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിയ്ക്കുന്നത്.

ന്യായീകരണതൊഴിലാളികൾ ക്യാപ്സൂളുമായി വരുമെന്നറിയാം….. എത്ര ന്യായീകരിച്ചാലും ഈ തീവെട്ടികൊള്ളയ്ക്ക് കണക്ക് പറയിച്ചിരിയ്ക്കും…

Bar Council of India Rules, Part VI Chapter IV Rule III പറയുന്നത് .....

"Wearing of Advocates' gown shall be optional except when appearing in the Supreme Court or in High Courts"

അപ്പോ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒക്കെ ആയിരിക്കെ..... നമ്മുടെ വേനലിന്റെ കാഠിന്യം പരിഗണിച്ച് ...... നിലവില്‍ 365 ദിവസവും, സുപ്രീം കോടതിയിലും ഹൈക്കോടതികളിലും ഒഴികെ നിര്‍ബന്ധം അല്ലാതിരുന്ന അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ് ഗൗണ്‍ 31.05.2026 വരെ നിര്‍ബന്ധം അല്ലാതാക്കിയ ബഹു.കേരളാ ഹൈക്കോടതി ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസിന് ഒരായിരം നന്ദി അറിയിക്കുന്നു..........

🚨 Public Complaint Submitted to Kochi City Police Commissioner 🚨

Today, I have formally lodged a complaint before the Commissioner of Police, Kochi City, regarding the grave traffic congestion, obstruction of public way, and public nuisance caused by the organisers of the 53rd Annual RSSDI Conference being held at Lulu Bolgatty International Convention Centre (Grand Hyatt Kochi) from 6th to 9th November 2025.

From 6th November onwards, the roads around Bolgatty Circle—Container Terminal Road, Goshree Road, Shanmugham Road, Banerji Road and M.G. Road—have been paralysed due to the indiscriminate movement of thousands of vehicles attending the event. This unregulated traffic has caused city-wide gridlock, obstructing even access to the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala.

On 7th November, while proceeding to the High Court to argue my case (Item No. 13 in the Division Bench list), I was immobilized in traffic for over an hour, resulting in serious professional prejudice and loss of judicial time.

The organisers and the convention centre management have failed to provide proper traffic or parking arrangements, thereby committing offences punishable under Sections 285, 292, and 126(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS). The obstruction continues even today, and immediate police intervention is essential.

I have requested the Commissioner to register an FIR, remove the obstructions, and take urgent action to restore public order and prevent recurrence of such mismanagement in future.

Let us hope the authorities act swiftly to ensure that citizens’ right to free movement and access to public roads is not compromised again.

As a Life member of the High Court BAR, I have filed a formal complaint with the BAR Council against the concerned advocate for giving multiple TV interviews on the St. Rita’s School hijab writs—speaking on pleadings, impugning opponents, and predicting outcomes while both cases are still sub judice. Rule 36 of the BCI Rules forbids such media grandstanding; it exerts pressure on the Bench and pollutes the stream of justice. I ask the Council to act swiftly to protect the dignity of the court and the ethics of our profession.

🚨 Complaint Lodged 🚨

Today (16.08.2025), I submitted a formal complaint to the Commissioner of Police, Kochi City, regarding two police vehicles unlawfully displaying the National Flag on Independence Day, in violation of the Flag Code of India, 2002 and the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971.

Both incidents were recorded on my dashcam and submitted as evidence.
The law is clear — only certain dignitaries are permitted to fly the National Flag on motor vehicles, and no exemptions exist even on national occasions.
🛑 Upholding the dignity of the National Flag is a constitutional duty.

സുപ്രീം കോടതി ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ്‌ പറഞ്ഞതിനോട് പൂര്‍ണമായും വിയോജിക്കുന്നു ........

മുന്‍ ഡല്‍ഹി ഹൈക്കോടതി ജഡ്ജ് ആയ യെശ്വന്ത് വര്‍മ്മയുടെ വീട്ടില്‍ നിന്നും കണക്കില്‍ പെടാത്ത 15 കോടിയില്‍ അധികം തുക പിടിച്ചെടുത്തതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിഷയത്തില്‍ അദ്ധേഹത്തിനെതിരെ കേസെടുക്കാന്‍ കഴിയില്ലാ, അദ്ദേഹം ഇപ്പോഴും ജഡ്ജ് ആണ് എന്നാണ് ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ്‌ പറഞ്ഞത്.......

ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസിന്‍റെ ആ പ്രസ്താവന Article 14 ന് വിരുദ്ധമാണ്..... ഒരു കോഗ്നിസബിള്‍ ഒഫെന്‍സ് നടന്നതായി അറിവ് ലെഭിച്ചാല്‍ പോലീസ് F.I.R രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യുക എന്നത് BNSS Section 173 (Cr.PC 154) പ്രകാരം നിര്‍ബന്ധമാണ്‌.... അവിടെ ജഡ്ജ് എന്നോ മറ്റുള്ള ഏതേലും സ്ഥാനം വഹിക്കുന്ന ആളെന്നോ വേര്‍തിരിവ് ഇല്ലാ.... ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പ്രസിഡന്‍റിനും ഗവര്‍ണ്ണര്‍മാര്‍ക്കും മാത്രമാണ് അതില്‍ ഇളവുള്ളത് ......

Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, പ്രകാരം നാളെ ഒരു വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസര്‍ കൈക്കൂലി വങ്ങുമ്പോള്‍ പിടിക്കപ്പെട്ടാല്‍ അദ്ധേഹത്തെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യാന്‍ കഴിയുക ഇല്ലല്ലോ ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ്‌ പറഞ്ഞത് വെച്ച്... കാരണം അയാള്‍ അപ്പോഴും വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസര്‍ അല്ലേ ???
