Section 10:Res Sub Judice
This section provides that no court shall proceed with the trail
Of any suit in which matter is in issue
directly and substantially
in previously instituted suit
Between
same parties.
The court must be competent to grant the relief claimed i.e the court must have jurisdiction to try that suit.

Place of suing

(Sec.15 )suit can be filed in the lowest court competent to try the suit.
(Sec.16 -18 )relates to suits relating to immmovable property.
(Sec.19 )deals wid movable property suits where compensation for wrong done to movable property is coverd.
(Sec.20)covers all other suits.
(Sec.21) provides with objection as to jurisdiction:
1.objection as to territorial jurisdiction.
2.objection as to pecuniary jurisdiction.
3.objection as to subject -matter .
4.objection in ex*****on proceedings.

Sections provides wid general principles of jurisdiction while
Schedule (51rules n orders) provide us with procedures,methods and modes for exercise of jurisdiction.
