Finally... VI inactive my number. And now asking me to reactivate same with new application. They eat my 299, 155, 30 recharge. Hope they will refund it. Thank you VI for great pleasure of more than 176 calls, three sting operation, 5 VI store visit resulting inactivation 🤣

The worst in standard of QoS, on 24th May 2022 I have submitted previous operator bill payment receipt on [email protected] through email, on next day customer care told me that it will be resolved by 18:00 28th May 2022, but when called again on 28th evening they replied that it will be resolved by 29th May 2022 by 18:00, it's 20:44 , again called to customer care replied it will be resolved by 18:00 on 30th May 2022.

I recharge my number with amount of Rs 155 as in 15th May 2022. That was successful, but till today not having network. Fir what purpose you take my recharge... Only to have fun talk with customer care at every 24 hours interval.

We are customer not an employed person of Vodafone Idea. Vodafone Idea has to work hard on the standards of QoS fixed by TRIA.

i suffered a lot due to this service related issue which includes financial loss. Who will be responsible for this?
