BIG UPDATE!

Fresh Demolition Order issued by BOCA, JDA against Smt. Mamta Singh W/o Dr. Nirmal Singh (Former Deputy Chief Minister of J&K) directing removal of illegal construction within FIVE Days. Though the Demolition Order has been issued on 28-07-2023, till date Five Days have not elapsed.

A young boy has been mercilessly beaten by some unscrupulous elements, reliably in Mendhar area of Poonch District.
Have requested SSP Poonch Sh. Rohit Baskotra to look into the matter and direct the concerned SHO/Officer-in-Charge of jurisdictional Police Station to register an FIR into the matter and proceed with the investigation as per law.
Additionally, the matter has also been tweeted on the Official Twitter Handle of District Police Poonch.

CASE UPDATE:

Appeal filed by Smt. Mamta Singh W/o Dr. Nirmal Singh, Former Deputy Chief Minister, J&K against Demolition Notice issued by JDA against her Controversial Palatial House at Ban, Nagrota adjourned to January 24th, 2023 at the request of Appellant Mamta Singh's Counsel.

This is just for information of the common public, as promised.

If the Criminals 'CONVICTED' of Heinous Crimes are set FREE despite the 'Conviction' by the Trial Court and upheld by the High Court and even by the Supreme Court of India; and those Criminals are allowed to move freely in the name of Furlough, Parole or by remission of sentence, the Citizens of the Country are tend to loose Faith and Confidence in the Judicial System of the Country especially the Courts which may resultantly lead to a situation where the Courts will Loose the 'Honour' and will no longer be the 'Hon'ble' Courts.

We, while holding the Decisive Positions, need to introspect, circumspect and to see the prospects of our decisions.
