EVERY COMPANY (LISTED, UNLISTED, PRIVATE, OPC, SMALL COMPANY ETC) incorporated on or before 31st December, 2017 is required to file Form no. INC-22A.

Last date of filing this form is 25th April, 2019; otherwise a fine of Rs. 10,000 will be imposed w.e.f 26th April,2019.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE FORM:

1. A valid E-mail ID is required (OTP will be sent to E-mail ID to verify the same).

2. Two Photographs will be required:

(a) Photograph of Registered Office showing external building along with board showing the registered office address of the Company

(b) Photograph of inside office also showing therein at least one director/KMP who has affixed his/her Digital Signature to this form.

3. Form shall be signed by one director and one KMP or two directors.

4.Location of registered office on Map defining Latitude / Longitude.

If the company fails to file this form, the status of the company will be marked as ACTIVE-NON COMPLIANT.

Every company incorporated on or before 31st December 2017 has to file INC-22A form called Active Form.
This step has been taken to eradicate shell companies functioning on non existent offices.
Fill the form before 25th april 2019 to avoid penalty of Rs.10,000/-

As part of updating its registry, MCA would be conducting KYC of all Directors of all companies annually through a new eform viz. DIR-3 KYC to be notified and deployed shortly. Accordingly, every Director who has been allotted DIN on or before 31st March, 2018 and whose DIN is in ‘Approved’ status, would be mandatorily required to file form DIR-3 KYC on or before 31st August,2018
