COVID-19 Guidelines 3.0
The state Govt. has passed the following guidelines dated 26-6-21 :
1. All the Pvt. Offices where workforce is less than 25 can work with 100% workforce, offices where workforce is more than 25 in number are permitted to work with 50% work staff however if in such offices more than 60%of the work staff is vaccinated with at least 1st dose they are permitted to work with 100 % work staff.
2. All the shops and organizations where at least 60% staff is vaccinated with 1st dose will be allowed to open till 7 PM.
3. Petrol refiling for private owned vehicles will be allowed from 5 AM to 8 PM, for public/essential services vehicle all day long.
4. Any type of mass gathering whether religious, festivity, entertainment is still not allowed.
5. In the whole state weekend curfew will be in effect from Saturday 8 PM to Monday 5 AM.
These orders to come into effect from 28-6-21 Monday morning 5 AM.

Hon'ble Supreme Court ordered that there should be an enquiry by a senior Police officer before arrest is made in a case of SC/ST Act because it is noticed that rate of acquittal is higher in these cases....... NOW the so called Dalit and SC/ST leaders are protesting against this order...... Which by itself means that SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act was and is being misused and they are afraid that it will be proved by the initial enquiry that it is so........ Because if the allegations in the FIR would be true then they need not worry about the enquiry......... Another question is that why these people and organizations were quiet when the similar provisions were added in the dowry and domestic violence provisions of various Acts.......
