टीका लगवाना है इसके लिए सरकार बाध्य नहीं कर सकती।
यह व्यक्ति का स्वयं का अधिकार है और यह अधिकार भारत का संविधान देता है।
अब माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी कहा है कि Vaccine लेना स्वैच्छिक है इसको जबरन नहीं लगाया जा सकता। पहले vaccine लेने वाले की सहमति होना जरूरी है। वैक्सीन सर्टिफिकेट भी मांगा नहीं जा सकता।
