I know it might not work for everyone but that’s what I want. But it’s my biggest goal. Live a decent life and save up at higher rate and eventually gain independence of my time and energy.

If you feel anxious and stress throughout the day
Then this morning routine will help you to kick start your day on a positive foot.
From last few months, I feel this immense pressure to be consistent with my habits and tick the task on my daily TO DOs list. Most of the time it’s a lot to handle at once which leave me feeling vulnerable, guilty, anxious and stress.

“How many hours I to spend working or how many task I have to complete should not be the intention but the growth and learning should be”
And this motivation is the sweet result of my daily morning routine.
Morning Routine
😍 How I incorporate these element in my morning routine

😇 breath work ( still working on it)
😇 yoga
😇 read a few pages of a book with a warm cup of tea

😍 This morning routine has a minimalist approach and flexible nature, which makes it easy for me to follow it. As I can incorporate these elements in 5 minutes as well as in 50 minutes , in my morning routine.
