Even though Law was relatively a new profession in my family, it didn't take long for them to be satisfied with my decision since they knew the job would give me security.

Now I would want to brag about my smartness- I included my passion for writing in the profession I was going for… became a legal writer.

Power of attorney

A Power of Attorney is a legal document by which one person gives the right to perform or powers of transacting in matters relating to property, banking, legal and judicial proceedings, tax payments, etc, to another person due to certain reasons like being out of country, or getting old, or not able to look after one’s duties in those matters etc.

A power of Attorney is an authority given by a written formal instrument whereby one person termed the donor or principal authorises another person termed the donee, attorney or agent to act on his behalf.

Who Should Use It?

Usually Power of Attorney is created by anyone who cannot do the transactions in person by himself or herself due to various reasons. The following are the reasons that commonly force an individual to give the power of performing to another person.
-residing abroad and unable to be present for the task
-illness and bedridden
-old age or senior citizens with health problems
-or any other reason for being unable to conduct the transactions personally

Contractual Staffing agreement has several advantages for employers and employees who want to enjoy more flexibility and free time.

Staffing contract service agreement:

But as we all know that the children are the most vulnerable part of the society & can be easily targeted. In India we have enacted many laws & Acts related to Children in order to protect them & to give them a better & sound development.

There are many Acts enacted in India for the protection children rights:
-Indian Constitution
-The Factories Act, 1948.
-The Probation of Offenders Act, 1959.
-The Child Labour Act, 1986.
-The Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1986.
-The Juvenile Justice Act, 2000.
-The Pre- Conception & Pre- Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of S*x Selection) Act, 2002 and many others.

There are some national institute or organisation for protection of children:
-National Policy for Children (NCP),
-National Institute of public Co-operation & Child Development (NIPCCD),
-The Integrated Child Development Services are polices made by Government.
-NHRC & UNICEF are also organization, takes special efforts to protect children rights.

The increased crime rate against the children, even after enacting so many laws & implementing them, has raised an alarming concern all over the world as children are being misused for fulfilling some people’s illegal purposes. So along with various laws, it is also our social responsibility to take care of the children & to protect their rights

Many people think that confidential agreement and non- disclosure agreement are the same. Sometimes people refer to it with the same name. So, Today I am sharing the basic difference between confidential and non-disclosure agreement(NDA). which may be help to remove the confusion. Here is the difference:

Difference between confidential and non disclosure agreement

1.Confidential agreement is a document used in the protection of private or personal information in individual or employment situations while NDA is a document used in the protection of private or personal information in business setups or third party situations.
2.Confidential agreement is used in personal or employment situations while NDA is used in business setups or third party situations
3. Confidentiality agreement is used in a multilateral obligation while NDA is used in a unilateral obligation whereby one party is held liable for not sharing or disclosing personal information
4.Confidential agreement is used when sharing information that must be kept private while NDA is used when sharing information that should not be disclosed or shared.
