INTERNSHIP AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES
1. About the organization: We work by the name of “PATHAK & ASSOCIATES” full service Law Firm based at Indore (Madhya Pradesh). We provide all kind of legal services to individual and corporate and Govt. Organizations. Area of Work includes- Civil, Criminal, Taxation, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Rights etc. at all Courts, Forums and Authorities in the entire Madhya Pradesh and adjoining States and all Metro Cities.
2. Nature/type/work of internship/job: To do all the necessary work, which includes- drafting, research, attending court hearing and exposure to corporate working.
3. Eligibility/experience/qualifications:
(a) For internship- Should have completed 3rd year of study, if pursuing 5 year integrated degree course and if pursuing 3 year degree course, then should have completed 2nd year of such degree course.
(b) For Associate: Should have completed the Degree Course in law and enrolled as Advocate with the State Bar Council.
4. Number of employees/interns required: 2 interns and 1 Associate.
5. Location: Indore.
6. Who can apply: Any person, as mentioned above in point no.3
7. Salary/Stipend (if any): Yes, Salary/Stipend shall be paid, which would be discussed and settled, before joining of the Organization.
8. Duration of internship: Internship would be minimum for the period of 30 days.
