𝑬𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒂 :

They should be able to handle clients, project managers and take up the site responsibilities individually.
Supervision of all executed work & coordination with site management & subcontractors, follow up of site schedule (planning), CAD drawings Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, program modification
Work with the Principal Architect / Interior Designer to interpret the client brief.
Develop the concept design and prepare presentation drawings.
Plan, design and supervise major renovations, remodeling and additions.
Site supervision and follow ups.
Should be able to develop Initial Ideas, 2D & 3 D views.
𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘦:-
Understanding the Concept, Design / Drawing.
Excellent knowledge of preparation of working drawings.
Working knowledge of designing and detailing of Industrial, Commercial and Residential Buildings.
Designing and Executing the Concept, Master planning.
Sourcing and Executing the Entire Design Project.
Co-ordinate with Ex*****on Team and other Team.
𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘴 :-
3ds Max or AutoCAD or sketch up, v-ray , Photoshop and MS Office etc.
