Skilled Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 489)
The Central West Skills Occupation List 2018-2019
is CLOSED.
RDACW will post a new list of occupations for the year 2019-2020 in early August 2019.

CHANGES TO THE SKILLED REGIONAL VISA PROGRAM: The Australian Government’s Department of Home Affairs advised that two new skilled regional provisional visas will be introduced from November this year. For more information on the changes read here.

Due to the new Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa, Round One will be a short referral process in line with Department of Home Affairs new visa commencement date.

RDACW processing dates for Round One will be adhered to:

Registration open 5th August and close by 9th August
Full applications will be required within 7 days following an ‘Invitation to Apply’
RDACW referrals will close 9th September

Queensland state nomination program UPDATE as at 28 June 2019

The Queensland business and skilled programs are currently closed and will not open on 01st JULY 2019. The programs are scheduled to open by the end of July (date-to-be confirmed).

Please do not contact BSMQ to enquire when the programs will open. We are currently working with finalise the 2019-20 programs.
