For 75 years SCC has been creating authentic and reliable legal information: Legal Commentaries, Statutory Law and Law Reports. Supreme Court Cases (SCC) is the most cited law report by the Supreme Court of India. All that expertise and experience has gone into curating the content which is available on SCC Online, which is one of the biggest legal databases in India.

We are proud to announce our collaboration with Bridge Policy Think Tank for the CAM Presents NALSAR Mediation Tournament in Collaboration with IAMC Hyderabad.

Bridge Policy Think Tank is a policy advisory and research, advocacy, and capacity-building organization. We are a non-profit organization based in Delhi that is engaged in conducting and carrying out capacity building and handholding exercises to support government initiatives, promoting new skills and knowledge development. We also conduct high-quality research and analysis of public policies and laws with case studies and reports to strengthen the existing public structure and improve schemes implemented for better governance.
Since the inception of our organization, we have done extensive work in the field of Dispute Resolution. Our company is the only organization in India which is working in the field of insolvency mediation. We are also the sole partner to the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs for conducting “45 Hours Training on Commercial Mediation & Negotiation Training”. In the past, we have worked with the International Financial Services Centres Authority for carrying out a research project to study the feasibility of setting up a dispute resolution center at IFSC. We are also actively involved in the USAID project which is promoting mediation in Sri Lanka. In addition to the above, we are presently advising the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Industries (MSME) and the World Bank on the ADR – ODR aspect of the World Bank RAMP project in India.

‘Hyderabad Arbitration Centre’ (HAC) is established in the year 2019 under a not-for-profit Trust – “Hyderabad’s International Arbitration Association” (HIAA); to promote ADR mechanisms through ‘institutional arbitration’ & ‘institutional mediation’. It is the first ever ‘Institutional Arbitration & Mediation Centre’ in Hyderabad, Telangana that aims to address the need to institutionalising arbitrations and mediations. For this purpose, HAC has framed its own robust and progressive set of “Arbitration Rules” and “Mediation Rules” which govern the administration of arbitrations and mediations. The Rules are published in the year 2020.

HAC also has ‘model’ arbitration and mediation clauses for the contracting parties to tailor make their dispute resolution process in accordance with HAC Rules. It is also collaborating with prime law firms, legal practitioners, corporations, business groups, etc. and assist them in preparing bespoke ‘Institutional Arbitration & Mediation Policies’ which suit their business models, leading to swift and effective resolution of disputes.
