In assembly the members are having zero knowledge about samskar, Some assembly speeches discussions are becoming roudy shelters adds. In olden days assembly means it is a temple. Very big book Constitution of India is written in it no where it is written if any member of assembly if goes against the constitution of india if any members gesture or words are unparlamentory immediately they must be suspended automatically without any notice by the speaker. Vetoing power is not given to anyone. We must afraid of the present generation, they are very intelligent and fast brainpower. If in assembly our Minsters our elected members are with unparlamentory language,nobody will save this earth.
