*ADVOCACY!*

A student group asked a lawyer : "Sir, what does 'advocacy' mean?"

The lawyer replied: "Two persons come to me, one is very clean and the other very dirty. I advise both of them to take a bath.

Now tell me, who amongst them will take a shower ?? "

Student 1: "The one who is dirty will take a shower."

Lawyer: "No, but the clean person will do it, because he has the habit of bathing, while the dirty one does not know the importance of cleanliness.

Now tell me, who will take a shower ?? "

Student 2: "The clean person"

Lawyer : "No, but the dirty person will take a bath because he is the one who needs cleaning.

Now tell who will take a shower ?? "

Students 1 & 2: "The one who is dirty will take a shower."

Lawyer: "No, both will take a bath because the clean person has a habit of bathing, while the dirty one needs a bath.

Now tell me again who will take a shower ?? "

Students 1,2 & 3: "Both will take a shower."

Lawyer: "Wrong, no one will take a bath, because the dirty one is not used to bathing, whereas the clean one does not need to bathe.

Now tell me once again who will take a shower ?? "

Student : "Sir, you give a different answer every time and every answer seems to be correct. How do we know the correct answer ???"

Lawyer: " *THAT*, my dear student, is *'advocacy'!*

*It is not important what the reality is.*

What matters is, *how many possible arguments* can you offer to prove your point".

मझधार मे अभ्यर्थी....816 आर्ट एंड क्राफ्ट भर्ती मामला : K*K ने आर्ट एंड क्राफ्ट के दो वर्षीय कोर्स को ITI के समकक्ष माना.... अभ्यार्थी कॉपी लेकर पहुंचे शिक्षा सदन

*816 आर्ट एंड क्राफ्ट टीचर भर्ती में चयनित अभ्यार्थी वीरवार शाम को कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा जारी दो वर्षीय आर्ट एंड क्राफ्ट डिप्लोमा को आईटीआई डिप्लोमा के समकक्ष होने का प्रमाण पत्र लेकर पहुंचे। वे ये प्रमाण पत्र मौलिक शिक्षा निदेशक को देने आए है, ताकि शिक्षा निदेशक कोर्ट में दायर अपने हल्फनामे में बदलाव करें।*

*चयनित उम्मीदवार सुखदेव, सुनीता देवी, योगेश ने बताया कि शिक्षा निदेशालय द्वारा 13 दिसंबर 2006 को आदेश जारी किया गया था जिसमें कि कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय के दो वर्षीय कोर्सपोंडेस आर्ट एंड क्राफ्ट कोर्स को हरियाणा में आर्ट एंड क्राफ्ट अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति के लिए मान्य न होना बताया गया।*

*यह मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी चला। शिक्षा निदेशालय ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक हल्फनामा दायर किया जिसमें कि कहा गया कि कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय ने दो वर्षीय कोर्स को आईटीआई के समकक्ष नहीं माना गया। इस फैसले को आधार मानकर आईटीआई डिप्लोमा के समकक्ष नहीं माना।*

*कोर्ट के इस फैसले के कारण चयनित अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति नहीं हो पाई। परंतु कुरुक्षेत्र विश्वविद्यालय ने आठ दिसंबर 2021 को तहत इस कोर्स को आईटीआई के समकक्ष व मान्य किया है.प्रहलाद। इसलिए शिक्षा निदेशालय इस पत्र के आधार पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में मामले की पैरवी करें। ताकि हमारी नियुक्ति में आई बाधा को दूर किया जा सकें। कोर्ट के इस फैसले के बाद आईटीआई डिप्लोमा होल्डर के लो मेरिट आवेदकों को लाभ मिल रहा है।*

*वहीं दूसरी ओर आईटीआई डिप्लोमा होल्डर मनोज राठी ने चयनित उम्मीदवारों को हटाने और मेरिट दोबारा तैयार करने की मांग को लेकर पंजाब और हरियाणा हाइकोर्ट में पहुंचा है। कोर्ट ने एप्वाइंटमेंट लेटर जारी करने पर रोक लगा दी है। सरकार ने जवाब दायर करने के लिए कोर्ट से समय मांगा हुआ है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 13 दिसंबर तक है।*
