राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट का बढ़िया फैसला:
अगर किसी के एकाउंट में कोई भी इलीगल या फ्रॉड ट्रांजैक्शन के पैसे आ गये, तो आपका पूरा पैसा जो अकाउंट में पड़ा है वो सारा अमाउंट और आपका खाता सीज नहीं किया जा सकता।
सिर्फ उतना ही अमाउंट सीज होगा जो फ्रॉड या डिस्प्यूटेड ट्रांजैक्शन का पैसा है।

The medical negligence cannot be assumed only because a surgical procedure has failed to achieve the desired result. The Supreme Court has held that in absence of allegation that the Surgeon was not competent to perform the surgery or the Surgeon was negligent, the suit for damages cannot be decreed.
