Builder Buyer Agreements are the essence of a Property Transaction between a Builder and Buyer and as we all know largely all these agreements are drafted in a way which are pro towards builders.
Terms and conditions mentioned in Agreements are generally not read carefully by buyers at the time of signing the Agreements and even if they are read by buyers, Whether buyer agrees to them or not he has to sign it in order to book the property of his choice as it is deemed that these are just contract terms and nothing adverse is going to happen due to his belief and deemed potential of the builder.

A twist in this tale was recently evident in an ongoing case between a reputed builder and buyers.
National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) is hearing a case filed by few buyers against a very reputed builder of ncr.
In builder Buyer agreements it was clearly mentioned that developer will pay 1.8% of the amount paid as penalty if possession of the flat is delayed ( Well this delayed possession is a practice now a days as majority projects are not delivered on time) but In case a buyer Is defaulting on payments he is liable to pay 18% penalty.
In a statement by NCRDC, It was considered as a Unfair trade practice and even told builder that a 15% penalty can be levied on the company for the delay period.
For time being the judgement Is reserved and final decision from NCDRC is awaited.

Once again time has come to cheer up for Faridabad Realty Market with the News of South Indian Realty Giant Sobha Developers entering Faridabad and all set to launch a Residential Project in Faridabad very soon.

As per the Info received Sobha Group has signed an MOU with a company in Faridabad to develop a group housing project on the land owned by the Fbd based company in Badarpur area.

The area of land where this New Group Housing is being proposed is admeasuring about 27504.78 sqmtrs equivalent to 2,96,062 sq.ft.

Due to a rapid change in society ,Life Styles and thought process of Couples has taken a shift in this growing urbanized population Hence Woman’s opinion matters a lot and it influences the overall decision making.
A house Buying decision is basically divided in two aspects , Decision on Financial matters and other Infrastructure and Locational Advantages along with appreciation prospects is evaluated and call is taken majorly by Male member and when it comes to Interiors , Designing , Plan , and other facilities decision is Majorly taken by the House Lady.
