Types of cyber stalking-
1.Catfishing.
2.Monitoring location check-ins on social media
3.Hijacking we**am
Punishment-
-Section 354 (d) IPC, Imprisonment upto 3 years and fine for first conviction, Bailable and Imprisonment upto 5 years and fine for the second conviction and Non-bailable.
-Section 500 IPC it can be applied in cyber stalking case and 2 years imprisonment, fine and both.

EWS Reservation Criteria:
there are two broad categories need to satisfy, to avail the benefit of the 10% reservations.
1. Income
2. Assets.
Income criteria for family-
a) Whose gross family income is below Rs. 8.00 lakh (Rs. Eight lacs only) perannum. Income shall include income from all sources i.e. salary, agriculture,
business profession etc.for the financial year prior to the year of application.
(b) The term "Family" for this purpose will include the person who seeksbenefit of reservation, his/her parents and siblings below the age of 18years as
also his/her spouse and children below the age of 18years.
Assets Criteria for Family-
All persons 'whose family owns or possesses any of the following assetsshall be excluded from being identified as EWSs, irrespective of the family income-
i. 5 acres of Agricultural Land and above;
ii. Residential flat of 1000 sq, ft. and above;
iii. Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities;
iv. Residential plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than notifiedmunicipalities.
