We are really indebted towards all who has helped us fight against the arbritary closure of internet services without any constant review. Guided by Mr K. K. Mahanta, Senior advocate, we have again stood up to the expectations of the people of Assam by compelling the Govt. of Assam to reopen the internet services.

We at KKMLC always thrive to do justice to people of each class irrespective of caste or creed. This particular case was almost fought probono at SC seeing the aspirations of thousands of youths of Assam. It is seen we stood against battery of lawyer's nonetheless as we always say and believe at KKMLC: Justice is Divine and can only be achieved if you are DETERMINED. We thank everyone for the support. We at KKMLC are proud to let all know that after more than a year of gruelling arguments, backlashes we are able to win for the people of ASSAM. And ultimately TET which was only conducted once in the year 2011, has now been ordered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Gauhati High court to conduct it and than only further appointments whatsoever can be made. Therefore,TET HAS TO BE MANDATORILY CONDUCTED BY GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM.
Note: The NCTE guidelines mandates TET BE CONDUCTED BY every state, ONCE every year.
