Roadside assistance should not stop at the vehicle. The person behind the wheel needs support too.

We’re pleased to announce Lawyered’s exclusive partnership with Across Assist, bringing Roadside Legal Assistance into its roadside assistance plans. Together, we’re connecting help for the vehicle with legal support when an incident involves a dispute, a challan or an interaction with authorities.

Across Assist’s roadside assistance customers will have access to a 24×7 legal helpline, a lawyer on the ground where required, support with accident-related disputes and compensation claims, and challan discovery and resolution. These services will be included as part of their roadside assistance plans.

Through LOTS247 and ChallanPay, we’re taking legal support closer to the situations motorists face on the road, helping them access guidance and navigate the steps towards resolution. This partnership builds on our work to make legal assistance an integral part of India’s mobility infrastructure.
