Renowned lawyer Dr. Maqsood Afzal Jagirdar Advocate says that many disputes can be resolved by dividing existing waqf properties into categories. He says that during the waqf survey in 1970, many lands like Inami Land, Masroot Ul-Khidmat, Patta Land were not classified. Due to which, despite the passage of 50 years, land disputes are being in the courts.
