Hon'ble Chief Minister of Delhi, *Shri Arvind Kejriwal* has announced Welfare and Financial Assistance Scheme for Covid Victim families and *Shri Ram Niwas Goel*, Hon'ble Speaker, Delhi Legislative Assembly is very keen to help the Victims Families and expedite the case. Kindly inform the affected family about the scheme if there's any Covid Death in your neighborhood.
Please share the message for wide publicity in the interest of Covid victims. The documents required -
1. Proof of Residence.
2. Death Certificate.
3. Proof of COVID death.
4. Surviving Member Certificate.
5. Affidavit of Legal Heirs.
6. No Objection Certificate.
7. Bank A/c details of applicant
Victims family can apply on link below or apply on edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in.
In case of victim family is facing any problems while submitting form, then please visit your area SDM office.
