🌿 7 Years of MSA Legal | Gratitude, Growth, and a Renewed Promise 🌿

Today, 28 December 2025, we complete seven years of MSA Legal, a milestone that fills us with humility, gratitude, and quiet pride.

This date holds special significance for us, as it is also the birth anniversary of Late Shri Arun Jaitley, a statesman whose life, values, and unwavering commitment to the nation have been a constant source of inspiration for our Founder & Managing Director, Mr. Madhup Singhal. His clarity of thought, respect for institutions, and belief in principled public service have deeply influenced the way MSA Legal has evolved and the values it stands for today.

MSA Legal began its journey with humble beginnings as the vision of a first-generation lawyer, built on perseverance, discipline, and self-belief. Over these seven years, the firm has grown steadily into a full-service law firm, with a strong and diverse team across litigation, arbitration, corporate and regulatory advisory, taxation, financial consultancy, HR, and compliance services. This growth has been organic and purpose-driven, shaped by learning, resilience, and a constant focus on delivering practical and ethical legal solutions.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to our clients, associates, mentors, and team members for the trust and support they have reposed in us. Your faith has been our greatest strength and the foundation of our progress.

National Law Day 2025 |
A small Tribute to Our Constitution from my heart:
मेरे राष्ट्र की मिट्टी की सुगन्ध मुझमें बसी है,
सर्वजन न्याय की राह में संविधान सखा है,
अधिवक्ता नहीं, सैनिक हूं मैं भारत माँ का,
समर्द्ध विकसित भारत निर्माण मेरा व्रत बड़ा है।
Today, on National Law Day, we honour the profound moment when India adopted its Constitution, the document that continues to guide our democracy, our duties, and our aspirations.
As a lawyer, this day holds deep meaning for me. It reminds me that the practice of law is not merely a profession, but a commitment to nation-building. Under the inspirational vision of Viksit Bharat, championed by our Honourable Prime Minister, we are witnessing a renewed focus on transparency, accountability, and inclusive growth. My allegiance to this national path is rooted in the belief that strong institutions and a strong Constitution together shape a strong nation.
Throughout my career as a legal professional, I strive each day to uphold the values of justice, integrity, and service - values central to our Constitutional ethos and essential to India’s collective progress.

On this National Law Day, I reaffirm my duty to the Constitution and to our motherland. May we continue to work with dedication, clarity, and purpose, so that the India we build tomorrow reflects the ideals we celebrate today.
