Authority:- Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), Panchkula

📌 Facts of the Case
• The allottee booked a residential unit with RPS Infrastructure Ltd.
• Substantial consideration amount was paid by the allottee
• The promoter failed to hand over possession within the committed timeline
• The allotment was illegally cancelled / contractual obligations breached
• Aggrieved, the allottee approached HRERA Panchkula under the RERA Act, 2016.

💰 Amount & Monetary Relief Granted
🔹 Builder directed to pay interest on the deposited amount for the period of delay
🔹 Interest calculated as per RERA-prescribed rate till the date of offer of possession
