Brief of the Judgement:
Gujarat High Court held that no penalty can be imposed based on expired e-way bill if no tax is payable. In case of zero-rated export, penalty was reduced to ₹25,000 from 200%. In favour of Marcowagon Retail Pvt. Ltd.
