As per the attached notification, it has been clarified that all funds directed to the CM Relief funds shall not be included as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

It has further been clarified that wages paid by any/all companies during the lockdown period shall also NOT be included as CSR as the same is a contractual obligations & a moral duty of the employer.
