Respected Members,
For many years, we have seen the same old faces contesting elections again and again. Yet, the real issues of our Bar — especially those concerning Juniors and newly enrolled advocates — remain unaddressed.
Opportunities for Juniors are limited. Many deserving advocates do not get fair chances to grow. Decisions are often taken without taking Seniors and the wider fraternity together, which creates gaps instead of unity.
The important issue of enhancing the District Court jurisdiction to ₹20 Crores has remained silent for long. This is a serious matter affecting our professional growth, yet no strong and consistent effort is visible on this front.
In courts, seating arrangements are often allotted selectively instead of ensuring fairness and transparency. Such practices create dissatisfaction among members.
The Medical Scheme benefits are still not effectively extended to NCR advocates, and no concrete steps have been taken to resolve this issue.
Newly enrolled advocates continue to struggle without structured support, guidance, or proper financial backing. Instead of encouraging them, the system often makes it harder for them to establish themselves.
It is time for a transparent, inclusive, and accountable leadership — one that works for every member, not just a few.
I, Advocate Jag Pravesh Chandra (Ballot No. 182), seek your valuable first/best preference vote to bring positive change, fairness, and real opportunities for all.
🙏 Your Support Can Bring the Change.
