Section 6 - Act to Override Memorandum, Articles, Etc.

The Provisions of Companies Act 2013, shall have overriding effect on provisions contained in Memorandum and Articles or in an Agreement or in resolution passed by the company in the general meeting or by its board of directors, whether they are registered, executed or passed before or after the commencement of this act. If any provisions of Memorandum or Articles or in resolutions passed by the company in the general meeting or by its board, shall be void to the extent to which it is inconsistent to the provisions of Companies Act 2013.
