🧘‍♀️ Happy International Yoga Day! 🧘‍♂️

Yoga is not just about stretching your body; it's about finding balance, peace, and strength within. Every breath, every pose, and every moment on the mat brings us closer to a healthier and happier life.

According to the Yoga Sutras, written by Maharishi Patanjali , Ashtanga Yoga (eight limbs) is described for controlling the tendencies of the mind and attaining liberation.

Let's take a step towards mindfulness, wellness, and inner harmony. 🌿✨

"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self."

📜 First Constitutional Amendment of India (1951) Completes 75 years of its Enactment.

Did you know? The very first amendment to the Indian Constitution was passed just a year after it came into force!

📜 Why was it introduced?
The amendment aimed to address challenges related to:
✅ Freedom of speech and expression
✅ Land reform laws and abolition of zamindari
✅ Advancement of socially and educationally backward classes

⚖️ Key Changes:
• Added reasonable restrictions on free speech in the interests of public order, security, and friendly relations with foreign states.
• Introduced Articles 31A and 31B to protect land reform laws from judicial challenges.
• Created the Ninth Schedule to safeguard certain laws from being invalidated by courts.
• Enabled special provisions for the upliftment of backward classes under Article 15(4).

🌟 The First Amendment marked a defining moment in balancing individual rights with social justice and nation-building.

🌍 Best Wishes to Everyone on World Environment Day! 🌱

The Earth gives us everything we need—clean air, water, food, and a place to call home. Today is a reminder that protecting our environment is not just a responsibility, but a necessity for future generations.

Every small action counts: reduce waste, plant a tree, save water, recycle, and choose sustainable habits. Together, we can create a greener, healthier, and more beautiful world.

💚 Let's be the generation that restores nature, not the one that destroys it.

✨ A philosophical observation from the Supreme Court of India Harish Rana vs. Union of India (MA 2238/2025 in SLP(C) No. 18225/2025).✨

📜 Hon'ble Supreme Court made a powerful observation, while granting pesmission for Passive Euthanasia, deriving reference from an ancient Shubashristha in Sanskrit which goes like:

Chitā Chintā Dvayor Madhye,
Chintā Tatra Garīyasī.
Chitā Dahati Nirjīvam,
Chintā Dahati Sajīvakam.

🌿 Meaning:

“Between the funeral fire and the mental worry,
it is the mental worry which is more devastating.
While the funeral fire burns only the dead body,
the mental worry burns the living one.” ⚖️

📜 A defining moment that will shape the future of medical law, patient rights, and constitutional interpretation in India.
