01 :- Section 439 CRPC Bail-Offence of rape-No explanation put forward as to why the FIR was registered delayed-Factum of settlement indicated by conversation between family members of complainant and applicant recorded in the CD. Factum that there are no previous antecedents against applicant-Applicant ordered to be released on bail subject to conditions-, Section 376 IPC , Bail Appln 1448/2017 ( DELHI HIGH COURT ).
