Accordingly, INC-29 e-Form will no longer be available on the MCA21 portal and stakeholders will not be able to file any previously downloaded versions from this date. Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly and use SPICe (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company electronically), INC-2 (One Person Company), or INC-7 (Incorporation of Company) e-Forms, as applicable

MCA has come up with new Notification dated 23/03/2016 for CRC phase-2 incorporation services i.e.
Incorporation Services (INC- 2 , INC- 7, INC- 29 and their related e-forms) to be centralised w.e.f. 28/03/2016 and which would be handled by CRC (Central Registration Centre) established at IICA, Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

MCA Update-

1. Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2016.

2. Notification under section 396 of Companies Act, 2013 dated: 22.01.2016.

3. All applications for reservation of name (INC-1 Only) would be directed to “Central Registration Centre” (CRC) from 26th Jan 2016, as notified vide the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules 2016, dated 22nd Jan 2016.

Further, the CRC shall function under the administrative control of Registrar of Companies, Delhi (ROC Delhi), who shall act as the Registrar of the CRC until a separate Registrar is appointed to the CRC.

4. Processing and approval of name or names proposed in e-Form No.lNC-29 shall continue to be done by the respective Registrar of Companies having jurisdiction over incorporation of companies under the Companies Act, 2013 as per the provisions of the Act and the rules made there-under.

E-Services to the Next Generation:- A new e-filing project

New E-Filing Project Conceptualized to take the E-Services to the Next Generation; in order to make the New Portal Live, E-Filing Services to the Tax Payers through the Existing Portal will not be available from 3rd November to 8th November, 2012.

In view of the overwhelming response from the tax payers and growth of e-filing, a new e-filing project has been conceptualized in order to take the e-services to the next generation.

Under the new e-filing set-up not only the Income Tax Return (ITR) forms but also other income tax forms are proposed to be made available for electronic filing along with other web enabled services.

In order to make the new portal live, the migration of data from the old set-up to the new set-up is in process. Due to this, e-filing services to the tax payers through the portal https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ will not be available from 3rd November to 8th November, 2012.

The e-filing service will resume with various new additional services like multiple mode of e-filing of returns: help desk through call centre and e-mail support, provision of online forms, pre-filing of data in forms, and availability of offline e-forms.
