NGT asks realtor to pay Rs 10 crore for Aravali tree felling!

Aravali Tree Felling: The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has ordered a private company to pay compensation of Rs 10 crore for illegally felling 500 trees on five acres of protected Aravali land in Faridabad, fixing the rate of compensation at Rs 2 lakh per tree.

David Berkovitz, a business professor at Chapman University, is suing the unknown students so he can subpoena Course Hero to identify who posted the exam questions, his lawyer says.
