Top 3 questions, about Auditors, every women, should know when she is starting her startup and a company:-

1. When to Appoint First Auditor in case of a newly incorporated Company?
Ans. As per section 139(6) the BOD shall appoint first auditor within 30 days from the date of registration of company.

2. What if, board fails to appoint auditor within 30 days from the date of registration of company
Ans. The Board shall inform the members of the company and members shall appoint first auditor at EGM within 90 days from the receipt of information from the BOD.
In both cases the first auditor shall hold office till the conclusion of the 1st AGM.

3. Should company to intimate the ROC by ADT-1 for appointment of first auditor?
Ans. No need of intimation to ROC in case first auditor appointment.
