A unknown person created a WhatsApp group namely *vip658 karthikey* in my name for luring people using my goodwill and reputation for fraudulent trading purposes. He is using my identity for a fake WhatsApp profile in my name using Mobile No. 7354188736 and he has also used the highlighted cases which is represented by me and the name of my law firm to impersonate me. I was first came to know about the same, when I have received a call from a unknow girl i.e., Deepika Sharma, and she said that she is a practicing gynecologist doctor for past two to three years in Maharashtra. She is also a member of the WhatsApp group and she told me that she has invested an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- in the trading activities carried on by the impersonator. I declared that i do not have any concerns with the said WhatsApp group, nor am I associated with it or the people involved in any manner. I was not aware of this group or the activities carried on by this group until 30.10.2023, and I have also already filed a cyber police complaint for the same. Kindly ignore and be away from these persons and be safe.

एक अज्ञात व्यक्ति ने धोखाधड़ी वाले व्यापारिक उद्देश्यों के लिए मेरी सद्भावना और प्रतिष्ठा का उपयोग करके लोगों को लुभाने के लिए मेरे नाम पर *vip658 कार्तिकेय* नाम से एक व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप बनाया। वह मोबाइल नंबर 7354188736 का उपयोग करके मेरे नाम पर एक फर्जी व्हाट्सएप प्रोफाइल के लिए मेरी पहचान का उपयोग कर रहा है और उसने मेरा प्रतिरूपण करने के लिए मेरे द्वारा प्रतिनिधित्व किए गए हाइलाइट किए गए मामलों और मेरी लॉ फर्म के नाम का भी उपयोग किया है। मुझे इसके बारे में पहली बार तब पता चला, जब मुझे दीपिका शर्मा नाम की एक अनजान लड़की का फोन आया और उसने कहा कि वह महाराष्ट्र में पिछले दो-तीन वर्षों से स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर है। वह व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप की भी सदस्य है और उसने मुझे बताया कि उसने प्रतिरूपणकर्ता द्वारा की गई व्यापारिक गतिविधियों में 10,00,000/- रुपये की राशि का निवेश किया है। मैं घोषणा कर रहा हूं कि मुझे उक्त व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप से कोई सरोकार नहीं है, न ही मैं इससे या इसमें शामिल लोगों से किसी भी तरह जुड़ा हूं। मुझे 30-10-2023 तक इस समूह या इस समूह द्वारा की जा रही गतिविधियों के बारे में पता नहीं था, और मैंने पहले ही इसके लिए साइबर पुलिस शिकायत भी दर्ज कर दी है। कृपया इन लोगों को नज़रअंदाज़ करें और इनसे दूर रहें और सुरक्षित रहें।
