MCA News - 23rd April, 2020

Ministry extended the time limit of *Name Reservation* of Companies, LLPs and Change in Name of the Company (SPICE+ Part A, FiLLiP, INC-24) for 20 days beyond 3rd May, 2020 and filing *Resubmissions* for 15 days beyond 03rd March, 2020.

Extension will be applicable on the names expiring or SRNs falling last day of resubmission any day between *15th March, 2020 till 03rd May, 2020* to facilitate the stakeholders in Pandemic situation.
