Got 7th Acquittal in a row for our client under criminal charges viz Section 120B IPC, 420 IPC, 409 IPC read with 13 (2) read with 13 (1) (d)(ii)(iii) of PC Act, and substantive offence under Section 13(1)(d)(ii)(iii) read with Section 13(2) of PC Act and 409 IPC.
It was a long battle of 10 years.
