Pandemic Covid 19 — Return of pilgrims to India from Iran — Evaluation of travel back to India on case to case basis — Status report indicates that Union Government has been seized with safety and welfare of two hundred and fifty pilgrims as, indeed, of other Indian nationals in Iran Nearly seven hundred and fifty persons out of batch of one thousand pilgrims who had proceeded to Qom have been brought back to India pursuant to arrangements made by Union Government — Steps were taken for drawing samples of remaining pilgrims for testing — Samples were brought to India for being tested at National Institute of Virology, Pune — While Indian citizens who are presently stranded in Qom would have to be repatriated, stages in which repatriation takes place would have to depend upon prevailing circumstances which will be evaluated on case to case basis — So long as pilgrims continue to be in Qom, steps would be taken by Indian Embassy to ensure that they receive such assistance as is required for their safety and welfare.

COVID19 pandemic --- Treatment of COVID-19 infected patients free of cost in all hospitals --- It is ordered that free testing for COVID-19 shall be available to persons eligible under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana as already implemented by Government of India, and any other category of economically weaker sections of society as notified by Government for free testing for COVID-19 --- Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare may consider as to whether any other categories of weaker sections of society e.g. workers belonging to low income groups in informal sectors, beneficiaries of Direct Benefit Transfer, etc. apart from those covered under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana are also eligible for benefit of free testing and issue appropriate guidelines --- Private Labs can continue to charge payment for testing of COVID-19 from persons who are able to make payment of testing fee as fixed by ICMR --- Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare may issue necessary guidelines for reimbursement of cost of free testing of COVID-19 undertaken by private Labs and necessary mechanism to defray expenses and reimbursement to private Labs.
