The Builders in many estate are taking advantage of their home -buyers because of the hostility in their residence as many of them either from outside of the local region or out of the Country. However, they keep delaying in the projects and diverting the funds of the one project to another which creates a huge chaos among the home buyers while not getting their possession of the property on time. This is a very harsh situation for the home buyers in the market today because people are investing their lifetime income into the projects and in return they are back stabbed by the builders.
