The beauty of the Supreme Court is back!

The recent removal of the unnecessary glass corridors marks a welcome return to the original architectural essence of the Court. While the glass enclosures were intended to reduce heat, they ended up creating more problems — from poor ventilation to frequent congestion caused by file bags and people crowding to escape the heat.

Thanks to Honourable Chief Justice of India, Honourable Mr. Justice B.R. Gavai, for restoring the Court’s original dignity and ensuring a more functional and comfortable environment for everyone.

बहुत मज़ा आया दोस्तों

Walking into Lal Qila this time felt different. With a newfound curiosity for history, I didn’t just see the monument—I felt it. The stones whispered stories, the corridors echoed with decisions that shaped centuries. This wasn’t just a visit; it was a reintroduction to a world I had once ignored in school but now want to befriend deeply.
I began wondering: why here? Why did Shahjahan choose this very place? Why is it called Lal Qila? And what made Delhi, Delhi? One question led to another, like flipping through pages of a living book. I learned how Shahjahan shifted his capital here from Agra, seeing Delhi as the midpoint in his travel routes—not between Agra and Kashmir as many believe, but Agra and Lahore.
Lal Qila was the first cornerstone laid, which later unfolded into the grand city of Shahjahanabad—what we now call Old Delhi. And then came New Delhi, with Lutyens’ vision, initially imagined near the Yamuna like the Fort, but finally laid elsewhere.
This visit turned into more than just sightseeing. It was an awakening. A personal revival of interest in how cities breathe, how rulers imagined spaces, and how we today walk among those intentions—often unaware.
I entered Lal Qila with questions and left with a friendship in the making—with history, with Delhi, with the past that still lives around us. Felt like a curious child.

It was my honour to receive a book authored by Shri S.K. Gautam sir, IPS, former Special Commissioner of Police, Delhi who has been guardian and torch bearer.

Grateful for the thoughtful gesture and privileged to gain insights from a stalwart of Indian policing.

A Moment of Collective Pride 🌟 | Dr. Suraj Yengde – Our Voice at Oxford

History has been written again. Dr. Suraj Yengde, one of the most brilliant minds of our generation, has earned his second doctorate—this time from the prestigious University of Oxford. But make no mistake: this is not just his achievement. It’s our milestone. It’s our achievement. We are claiming it as a matter of our right.

It’s a powerful symbol for millions of Dalits across the globe that no dream is too big, no institution too elite, and no ceiling unbreakable.

Dr. Yengde is more than a scholar—he is a movement. A trailblazer who continues to dismantle barriers of caste, privilege, and exclusion with nothing but his brilliance, hard work, and relentless courage. In a world that talks of “merit,” he proves that it’s dedication, not pedigree, that defines true merit.

He walks in the footsteps of Babasaheb Ambedkar—not just as a scholar, but as a torchbearer of hope. Just as LSE didn’t make Ambedkar great—Ambedkar made LSE proud—today, Oxford is being elevated by Suraj’s presence, legacy, and intellect.

He is not just one among us—he is all of us.
Millions see themselves in him. And today, as he walks the hallowed halls of Oxford, we walk with him.

🟦 I am changing my display picture for a week to celebrate this historic moment.
📸 I invite all my brothers and sisters to join in this celebration, and let the world see what representation, resilience, and pride look like.

Dr. Suraj Yengde — you make us believe, you make us proud. This is your moment, and it belongs to all of us. 💙🔥

This week, I appeared for a bail petition in a cyber fraud case at the District Court of Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh. Grateful to be assisted by two brilliant young lawyers—Ankit Kumar (a dear friend and NLU Delhi alumnus) and Advocate Anushree.

It was a unique and enriching experience—both professionally and culturally. Witnessing the grandeur of the Allahabad High Court, truly the “mother of all courts”, was deeply humbling.

After the work was done, I soaked in the city’s charm—indulged in local delicacies, enjoyed a peaceful riverside ride, and visited the Anand Bhavan Museum (Jawaharlal Nehru’s ancestral home).
