Shared household` means a household where the person aggrieved lives or at any stage has lived in a domestic relationship either singly or along with the respondent and includes such a household whether owned or tenanted either jointly by the aggrieved person and the respondent, or owned or tenanted by either of them in respect of which either the aggrieved person or the respondent or both jointly or singly have  any right, title, interest or equity and includes such a household which may belong to the joint family of which the respondent is a member, irrespective of whether the respondent or the aggrieved person has any right, title or interest in the shared household".

But for a house to fall within the ambit of -'where aggrieved person lives or has lived'- There has to be some permanence attached to the stay of the aggrieved in that house.
Every other casual visit or a casual/guest stay at the  relatives' house by the aggrieved would not bring those houses within the definition and ambit of Section -2 (s).

UNDER PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM SEXUAL OFFENCES ACT,2012- THE ACCUSED CAN BE CONVICTED SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF THE TESTIMONY OF THE VICTIM, WITHOUT ANY FURTHER CORROBORATION.
THIS LINE OF DECISION CAN BE FOLLOWED IF THE TESTIMONY OF THE VICTIM IS FOUND TO BE RELIABLE, STRONG, NOT DISCOLOURED OR WEAVED TO THE JUDICIAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE JUDICIAL OFFICER. HENCE WHILE EXCERCISING DISCRETION IN THESE CASES, THERE HAS TO BE JUDICIAL APPLICATION OF MIND.
