I feel ashamed for the people who involved in making a video of r**e on the road in the city of Mahakaal, nothing can be more disgusting than this. In my view, the persons involved in making the video of the actual r**e is a criminal if he appears to be ra**ng.

If you don't speak up now then it will be too late.

India celebrated Independence day and in Kolkata, a Doctor was r@ped brutally after a 36 hours duty. Can you imagine working for 36 hours and then you get treated like this? It's a shame for the entire Nation.

After nearly two days of tirelessly caring for patients, she sought a moment of rest in the hospital’s seminar hall, where she was attacked and she was r@paed like hungry animals were destroying everything in their way. The next morning, her body was found, showing clear signs of sexual assault and strangulation.

The victim’s family, devastated by the loss, is leading the call for accountability. The medical community has also risen in protest, with doctors and students in Kolkata halting their work to demand action.

This heartbreaking incident highlights the urgent need for better protection for women, especially those in vulnerable positions like healthcare workers.

We stand in solidarity with the call for justice, hoping that her attackers are swiftly brought to account.

Justice for the doctor. Justice for all women.

I'm extremely sad to write this and in fact we all can feel the pain.

This isn't a horror story. It's the reality of our Country. This isn't about doctors anymore. It's about humanity, if any left. Speak up, don't let this die!

I'm telling you this could happen to anyone of us if we keep quiet. If we don't raise our voice then unfortunately humanity will DI€.

Beti Padhi Par Bachi Nahi. We need strict laws, better safety and preventive measures. Nothing much has changed since the Nirbhaya case. I hope our voice reaches the law makers of India.

Imagine all this happening to you while all you were doing was saving someone else's life.

This isn't a horror story. It's the reality of the 2nd year PG, RG Kar Medical College.

This isn't about Doctors anymore.
It's about humanity, if any left.

Tomorrow, on 15th August, it will be 78 years since our independence.
But the primary question is what kind of freedom are we celebrating?

Freedom to r**e a woman at work?
Freedom to frame a r**e as su***de?
Freedom to silence voices speaking out against injustice?
Freedom to remain silent until someone close to you is r**ed?
Freedom to not care and become silent spectators ?

Today, as we head towards celebrating India's 77th Independence Day, I'm reminded that women's safety remains an elusive dream."
"A 31-year-old female doctor working a late-night shift at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata was r**ed and murdered in the seminar hall while on duty. This heinous crime has left every woman fearing, 'What if it happens to us?'
In the 21st century, where women are striving to obtain education, contribute to societal welfare, achieve independence, and fight for equality, they are still treated with such brutality."

Despite years of struggle and progress, women continue to face r**e, murder, and harassment at workplaces. The audacity of police and authorities to cover up these crimes is appalling.
What's the point of independence if women aren't safe? After years of working towards equality, I'm disheartened to see that our efforts have yielded little result. The recent incident has left me feeling ashamed to be called a woman and questioning the value of independence.

Let's raise our voices to protect our protectors, the doctors, and all women in the workplace.

Today marks a dark chapter in the history of Indian justice. 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 "𝐍𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮" 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭, 𝐰𝐡𝐨, 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐃 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐞𝐣𝐫𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐥, dismissing them with the flippant remark, "𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬?"

This negligence is a stain on the integrity of our judiciary. Despite both parties submitting voluminous documents and arguments, many of which were irrelevant, the court failed to uphold its duty to thoroughly examine the evidence. This case, with its multitude of accused, witnesses, and stakeholders, demanded meticulous attention, yet it received none.

It is a travesty that such a crucial matter was treated with such carelessness. The Supreme Court must rouse itself from any complacency, even if it means working tirelessly through the night, to rectify this grave injustice. The time for action is now. The circus of incompetence and recklessness must end.

With judges like this, who needs foreign interference in our democracy? It's time for the Supreme Court to assert its authority and restore faith in our judicial system.
