In one of the Deloitte survey done on banks in UK to meet IFRS 9 requirements, 60% replied that they don't have enough internal resources and 74% believed that there will be expertise available in the external market to meet the requirement.

Soon IND-AS will also be applicable to Banks & Insurance companies in India.

Its rightly said that Your positive Actions combined with Positive Thinking is a deadly combination. Positive attitude makes life look brighter and promising.

Positive thinking is contagious. People around you pick up your mental moods and are affected by them.

Think about happiness, good health and success, and you will make people like you and desire to help you.

However, if you want material results, such as more money, or success in business, you need to do more.

Having a vision is easy, working towards that vision and taking the right steps is what makes you a force to be reckoned with. You should be able to face the challenges head on .

The key to successful business is finding a problem and then right solution for it. Don't get bogged down by the failures.
