Allahabad Highcourt का अहम फैसला

कोर्ट ने एक याची के नाबालिग होने के कारण राहत देने से इंकार कर दिया और कहा कि अनुमति दी गई तो अवैध क्रियाकलापों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। 18वर्ष से कम आयु पर चाइल्ड होगा, जिसे कानूनी संरक्षण प्राप्त है। कानून के खिलाफ संबंध बनाना पाक्सो एक्ट का अपराध होगा, जो समाज के हित में नहीं है।
