After a challenging 5-year legal battle, we are pleased to share a significant victory for our client. In a case filed by Colgate-Palmolive, our client was wrongly implicated as a defendant on allegations of opening a bank account and issuing forged job letters in the company’s name. We moved an application before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, demonstrating that our client’s documents had been misused by unknown offenders for opening the bank account.
After a thorough enquiry, the Court accepted our submissions and ordered the deletion of our client’s name from the proceedings. Justice prevailed, and our client’s reputation has been restored.

A son and daughter-in-law turn against the son’s own mother, leading the elderly widow to disown her son. Subsequently, both individuals resort to exploiting domestic violence laws to intimidate the elderly woman. In response, she files a case under the Senior Citizens Act. The court orders the son and daughter-in-law to vacate the home.
The High Court has upheld the eviction of the son and daughter-in-law for ill-treating his widow mother. The court stated that the rights of senior citizens supersede the rights of women under the DV Act.

We are delighted to share that while representing an accused in a r**e case, we obtained a favourable judgment. The court discharged the accused in r**e case, stating that the allegations did not meet the required threshold for criminal prosecution under Us 376/506 IPC. The court’s decision aligned with our submissions and filings. It’s incredibly rewarding when hard work pays off and you’re able to successfully defend your client against false accusations in a r**e case.
