Types of FIR in Indian Law 🚨

Kya aapko pata hai ki Indian Law mein FIR ke kitne different types hote hain? Har situation ke hisab se alag tarah ki FIR file ki jaati hai:

🔹 Zero FIR: Jab crime kisi aur jurisdiction mein hua ho, par aap use kisi bhi nazdiki police station mein file karwaye.
🔹 Regular FIR: Jab crime aapke local jurisdiction mein hua ho aur aap usi police station mein report karein.
🔹 Cross FIR: Jab ek hi incident par dono parties ek doosre ke khilaaf FIR register karwati hain.
🔹 Multiple FIR: Ek hi incident par alag-alag parties ya offences ke basis par multiple FIRs.
🔹 Counter FIR: Opposite party ki taraf se same incident par apna side of events police ke saamne rakhne ke liye filed FIR.
