From the very inception of our Constitution [26.01.1950], under Part II vis a vis Art 5 to 11 gurantees Indian citizenship to every individual. Under the Citizenship Act of 1955, citizenship is acquired by Birth [Sec 3], Descent [Sec 4], Registration [Sec 5] & Naturalisation [Sec 6].
Just because an individual's name has been deleted after adjudication and hearings will not deem to have his or her rights wither away.
"LAWYERS GUILD"...stand for the common people and shall help 24x7. We stand united to fight a PIL pro bono in case even after the appeal hearing the names are deleted.
